Later in the week I used up the rest of the shrimp in this risotto dish. It came out super creamy I added in extra chicken stock then I did for my salmon risotto dish I showed you guys in my last "Week in Photos" post. I've been trying to recreate the flavor of the Parmesan crack crostini's from Nordstrom cafe but I didn't have any french bread on hand so I just used phyllo dough instead and they turned out pretty delish!
