Lark Creek Steak + Home

Lark Creek Steak date w/ the BFF!




They're called Lark Creek STEAK so you'd think their steak would be amazing but it's just ehhhh.. their burgers however are REALLY yummy!  I'm still a little perplexed about that.  So if you do go.. go for the burgers and their fries! 

Excuse the weird smile.. IDK why I'm smiling so stupidly.  LOL.  I got my hair cut after lunch the stylist took about 6 inch's off.  She styled my hair with beachy waves.  Do you guys like this better... or how I normally curl my hair in the above picture at lunch? 



After spending the day shopping with the BFF I met the hubs @ Home for our weekly dinner date!


Orange, Cranberry, Pineapple juice Fresh Lime, Ginger Ale Spritzer

Sliced Roast Pork Tenderloin, Mac & Cheese w/ Truffle Oil and Creamy Asparagus Soup 


Pot Roast w/ Mashed Potatoes and Spring Vegetables


Fried Chicken w/ Honey drizzled on top & Mashed Potatoes w/ String Beans

Bourbon Banana Bread Pudding

Home doesn't seem to be as yummy as I remember.. but the one thing they're still amazing at is their banana bread pudding.  I've eaten bread pudding EVERYWHERE.  You could say I'm a bread pudding connoisseur because I love it just that much!  It is so deliciously decadent and incredibly dense.  The whip cream on top is the perfect accompaniment to the richness of sweet bourbon sauce.  The most unbelievable part of this dish is that the bananas have been torched so that it has a glorious creme brulee coating.

*sigh*  Heaven in a dish :)

    i love both styles of wave on you but maybe the one from the salon more because its a very casual but pretty look!!!

    Thank you for including these ugly pictures of food I hate! I wanna cry! It looks so good:-) Hope you had a great time (sure looks like it). I actually like the way you style your hair better than what the hairdresser did. Both look good though! Why did she cut so much? You have lovely hair!

    Your floral top is from Target? What a good deal! I prefer you in longer hair coz it looks like tousled beach waves too but the salon one is great as well just that it looks shorter so the beach waves effect isn’t as wavy as the above.

    LoLz.... When you said you meet your hubby at Home for dinner, I tot OMG this Lisa can really cook so well!!!! (Referring to your last cooking post) Then after that I realised it’s a restaurant... Hahaha... Silly me.

    I'm totally in-love with your lifestyle! And your hair is pretty both ways but the way you had it before just looks more "princess" and I love things that make a girl look "princess".

    The banana bread pudding looks crazy good! I forget where but I once had vanilla bean ice cream with torched banana slices; heaven!
