Kate Spade Reveal!

I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair of grey boots for the last 2 years.  I've looked at DOZENS of grey boots and there was always something that kept me from taking them home.  Whether it was the wrong kind of heel or it was the wrong shade of grey something was always amiss.

Well about 6 months ago I fell upon the perfect pair of grey boots on the Kate Spade website and I just DIED.  The price however also made me want to die ::cries::.  So I bookmarked it and watched it like a hawk.  Every week I would religiously check in to see if they had gone on sale.  They did go on sale sometime in early January but sadly only 30% off which was still too painful for me. 

So I waited some more..

and then one day they were GONE!!!

GONEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I.WAS.SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.UPSET.

So I gave up on the idea of owning the perfect pair of grey boots :(

Until L.A...

we happened upon a Kate Spade store and...

THERE THEY WERE!

MY PERFECT GREY BOOTS!!

I just about screamed in public. 

I didn't though but I did let out a tiny squeal hahaha.

The best part? 

THEY WERE MARKED DOWN 50% OFF!!!

Presenting the most perfect pair of grey boots ever!




 

One word - BOWS!!!! 

I love anything girly and feminine.  Slap a girly embellishment on it and I'm all about it!

Lace/Sequins/Glitter/Crystals/Ruffles/Bows you name it I love it!

I also really loved that they weren't your typical boots that hit mid calf and I really loved that it cinches around your ankle!

    Hahaha Blogger tag... But I had to respond because I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN about the first "car ding"!! I'm the same way. I inspect shoes/garments for any and ALL imperfections (I guess because I like to ruin my own things all by myself?) and sometimes I talk myself out of the time consuming exchange process because I know that, as you said, in a month I won't even care. However, that's the exception, not the rule - I hate the first ding. :(( I hope your first ding is painless and graceful! <3

    LOL. I understand what you mean hun. The artistic ones are gorgeous on screen but some aren't wearable for everyday use. If I turned up to work with cheetah spots on my eyes... hmmm... LOL.

    Let me know if you want a certain wearable eye look but with colours you like. I will put it on my list to do. hehehe

    Okay, is it time yet to reveal your Miu Miu? I'm still waiting.. haha ;)

    holy crap these are awesome, and at 50% off you are am AWESOME shopper! kudos to you for being so patient, you TOTALLY DESERVE THEM! i absolutely love them! i am the same-- bows/ruffle/lace/sequins/etc. slap 'em on ANYTHING and it is automatically 100% better!

    babe!!! you gotta try the essie spring colors! the formulations are sooo good and it doesn't chip! :) i've tried some chanel, but they're so expensive, but don't work as well as essie/opi, pick ONE up, swear you wont be disappointed! :D
