Hiiiiiii! The fantabulous Katherine of
Feather Factor reached out to me to do an interview for her blog! To say I was flattered is an understatement of epic proportions! Kat is a stylish smartie (she's got a Harvard graduate degree under her belt! no biggie puhaha :p) and has the most amazing handbag and jewelry collection I've ever seen. Hermes, VCA & Cartier, Oh My! hahaha. Thank you for giving me such an awesome opportunity Kat I truly had the most fantastic time doing this interview!

That was a fantastic interview and I had no idea you once worked for Tiffany's! Lucky you! Good luck as you continue your studies to become a GIA gemologist! You'll do great at it!
ReplyDeleteHey Lisa! I popped over to read your interview and loved getting to know you better too! One thing I gotta say : I HATE YOU!!!! Because I sooo envious of you bag/shoe collection! Thanks for the advice on keeping an eye out for something on sale and how *even shoes* go up in price! I hadn't ever thought about that till I read your interview, I thought it was only possible for bags! OMG! *gotta start my shoe fun now T_T*
ReplyDeleteI hope you get your license to become a GIA soon! How's the studying going btw? Though I understand its fun learning something that you love I bet you it's tough too right >< Oh and Im a hugeeee history buff too, pretty much for anything up to the first world wars, then you lose me there LOL In fact Dino and I have ditched our Paris plans and opted for something that I feel is once in a lifetime <-- omg I wanna tell you here but I told myself I'd BOOK everything before I do *grabs hear hysterically*
You seem so fun and cute and sweet! Keep it up Lisa! =D
Thank you so much Lisa! You were amazing and one of my favorite interviews to date - can't wait to hear about your GIA progress!
ReplyDeleteAw it's so sweet she interviewed you, she does have an amazing collection of bags!
ReplyDeleteLoved loved reading that interview and seeing all your fab shoes some more!
ReplyDeleteI thorougly enjoyed reading the interview. It was very personable and I felt like I was there! It was great getting to know you on a more personal level.
ReplyDeleteI loved your interview! Great perspective on accessories vs. clothing!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea you were studying to be a gemologist! That sounds extremely exciting and I wish you all the best effort (because you don't need luck :) in your field.
ReplyDeleteBTW, my BF is also one of those people who thinks that $50 on a bag is more than enough. I had to do a whole presentation on the Birkin bag and he now sees the light (sort of - ~$10,000 is still a big chunk of change :)
P.S - I die every time I see that blue Chanel. I can't believe you were so lucky to get it.
Hi Lisa, thank you for commenting on my blog but most of all, I'm so glad to have "discovered" your blog via Kat's. I can't wait to go through the rest of your blog which I'm sure will take me quite a few days!
ReplyDeleteYou'll love it here in Europe. I'm based in the UK as of 3 years ago. It'so wonderful to be able to be in Paris under 2.5 hours by train.
This is such an awesome opportunity!! I wish I was as cool as you.

Lisa,
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the interview and I liked reading how you taught him the importance of handbags and jewelry...I never saw it that way, but it does make a lot of sense considering how fast clothes go out of style. Good luck on your gem licensing your working toward too, that's really cool.
