I cannot get enough of leopard these days! I find myself trying to work leopard into my outfits on the daily! Truth be told I don't really like it when leopard isn't "leopard" - like when they exaggerate the spots or if the spots are TOO orange.. or basically anything that doesn't look like "real leopard" whatever that means haha. But I saw these unusual leopard pumps @ South Coast Plaza last summer in SoCal and I took pause because they were on total super sale. AND I MEAN SUPER SALE! I probably would have walked right past them if they were full price.. but the fact that they were so cheap encouraged me to slip them on my feet! And I'm so glad I did because I absolutely love the muted tones of this leopard print. I actually really love the demure, ladylike color of these pumps.. which is funny because I don't typically equate leopard with being anything demure or ladylike hahah!

ReplyDeleteI like how you work in only one leopard piece oppose to many because I hate when there's a belt and shoes and the leopard doesn't match.
ReplyDeleteNice how the leopard shoes are such a muted color but still shines on it's own but I like it most of all paired with the almost all black outfit, the subtle peices (bag and necklace) are to die for as well.
I've been contemplating about buying that Chanel necklace for the longest time. I've read somewhere that the coating peels after a while. Is that true? I just bought a pair of flats (yup, again!) in leopard print. Fingers crossed they fit because I'm now addicted to leopard prints.

ReplyDeleteDid you purposely match your nail colour with the cam? *wink*
Haha...I know what you mean about stuff not looking like real leopard. Love your shoes and I love sales! XD Now I'm curious how much they were. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love leopard print, and pretty much all animal prints, too. The pumps are really pretty! I like the darker, leopard print on them rather than the orange/brown ones you normally see :)
ReplyDeletegreat outfit! and i love your heels very much!♥
ReplyDeleteI like how your top is polka-dots and you have leopard heels on. I like mixing patterns but not when its loud and obnoxious and not too mention too obvious. The way you mixed it works well together!!
ReplyDeleteLove!

I got my leopard flats relatively recently and have already worn the hell out of them. You're right - you'll want to pair everything you own with leopard. And why not? You look great doing it :)
ReplyDeleteThe sale section always encourages me to try new things too! I'm glad you got them because Dior is so timeless and perfect in every way (except for the new head designer, Bill Gaytten). :)
