OOTD: Lace & Python Chanel

I have a confession to make I almost didn't post these OOTD photos. 

Why you ask?

They're pretty much awful.

The lighting's bad,  I think there's a TV glare on my face,  my "Aunt" was visiting me and between Seattle, Vegas and life I've sadly gained a lot of weight :(

UGH!!!!  But I sucked it up and decided to post anyways because that's what bloggings all about right? 

Here I am in my bloated, fatty, bad lighting glory.


I'm fairly certain this lace dress/tunic/top on me since I'm such a chubba wubba :(  needs no introduction since practically every blogger has blogged about this particular forever 21 item.


I'm wearing both of my Vegas purchases - my holy grail Chanel blue metallic láme python reissue and the purple suede Miu Miu's which are kind of hard to see in the pictures.  I think because the room was so dim it's turning up black in these OOTD photos.

    I think you look incredible my dear! Please don't be so hard on yourself! We all are though, especially as girls aren't we? but I love everything you are wearing and I think you look stunning! I do have that top as you know, but mine is from Charlotte Russe, not Forever 21. Pretty identical!

    GORGEOUS! Don't worry about the bad lighting etc.!!! You can always take another photo when the lights better. and prove to the world you hawtttt not that you need to prove anything you pretty! Honestly I think you look f a b! in your lace top! It's sooo gorgeous and I've actually never heard about that F21 top!!!! The lace is gorgeous though! *sighs* I won't be shopping for a while T_T But I'll live vicariously through you!! lol

    P.s From one bag addict to another, have you seen the new Limited ed. from LV? Anything that grabs your eye? =D

    You're not fat, don't talk about yourself that way! Love the top, first time seeing it but I'm not sub. to a lot of fashion blog. You're not whiny, we all feel that way sometimes but we should be more positive and confident. :)

    luckily you did! what an amazing top you are wearing, it is beyond perfect! love the bright color, it looks amazing with your hair! fabulous texture and it has the right shape too! not too long and not too short, perfect with leggings! oh and those pumps! perfect

    Lisa you still look gorgeous and mucho props for still posting pictures even when you think they're unflattering. Takes a lot of guts to do that and I know I hate posting pictures if I hate how I look in them. BTW I love the lace tunic!

    I've been in love with lace tops lately. Can't get enough of them. I just hate the fact that I've either gotta get them dry cleaned or hand wash them (I hate hand washing stuff).
    And no one's judging you. They say that we're always our hardest critics. That must be so true. Because I always have things to say about myself that other people don't. But either way, I think as long as you're happy, who cares about how the lighting is from pictures or if you've gained a little weight. It's okay :)

    you are not fat!!! dont' say that! when you travel and you love food it is normal to gain a little. It's winter where i am so i'm eating twice as much as i would normall :p i've put on weight and i see a double chin developing :S

    we ALL have those days of "ugh does not want to take photos of myself" but i'm glad you did because that outfit is killer! love the touch of couture with miu miu & chanel. and travel does wreak havoc on anyone's diet, but it's part of the fun!

    this is the PEFECT place for you to be whiny...
    cause it a far away place from boyfriends and husbands and just us girls!!!

    oh don't worry about your weight it happens to me especially when my OTHER HALF decides to take me out almost every weekend to eat some place lovely and my mother who is a GORMET cook and who sets the table and does the whole nine yards thingy its hard not to eat...

    TRY KELLOGS k cerals with dried STRAWBERRIES in them with straberry milk ! eat nothing but that for a week... every time you feel like snacking, snack on that!!!

    just trust me on that!!!
