OOTD: Stars & Polka Dots!



As promised an OOTD w/ the Miu Miu mary jane pumps I revealed in my last blog post.


So I've decided to just do mirror shots of my OOTD's from now on. 


I've been having The Hubs take my OOTD photos since I started blogging but he's so busy at work right now (he's the new head of his department so he's been a busy busy bee lately!) and he's also thinking about going back to school and getting another Doctorate degree in healthcare (yes I love my little science nerd haha) so with any spare time he has left his nose has been buried in his practice test books! 


Plus I also find I seem to have more control of my surroundings when I take the pictures myself.  For instance I can tell if my hair looks whack bahahah or if there's something unslightly next to me like a pile of messy clothes :p

What do you guys think?  Do you guys like my dressing room OOTD shots?

    Yes, I love when bloggers do their own pics! I may be biased since I do mine in front of a mirror too, but I just feel like you can get in more details of the outfit when you do it like this. Plus, I don't have an amazing camera/amazing photographer hubby so it just makes sense to do it myself ;)

    I LOVE it, Lisa! The print on that dress is just adorable! and I really love that necklace. I ask my husband to take my pictures because I can't take good pictures on my own, even though doing it myself means more control!

    Lisa..oh Lisa, if I had a lovely closet like yours I would eat..sleep and do everything there. I think the photos look great with your worth drooling items in the background. Your OOTD is so cute, a necklace perfectly matches your Miu x 2. Prada and Miu Miu have recently opened their boutiques here, I have taken your advice on Prada pumps and can't wait to check them out.

    Lisa, This is such a cute outfit and I really like the new heels, and you're right the blush color is perfect, I just read the one where you returned the tan LB's. That's cool he's getting another doctorate, super smartie, hehe and I think your dressing room pics turned out great, laughed about avoiding the pile of clothes, hehe. I can definitely relate.     Lisa, I adore that yellow Tiffany ring too! I didn't bother to check the sales at Prada and Gucci. Generally, they start off with 30% off followed by 50% and so forth. Nothing compared to the amazing sales you get in the US. Have you ever been to the Gucci and Prada outlet stores just outside of Florence? There are bargains to be had there.
