OOTD: Monochromatic & Floral






I picked up this blouse for $10 bucks at a local German store.  I was really excited because I thought this blouse looked like it cost wayyyyy more than $10 bucks!  I'm loving grey and all things floral at the moment I love that they chose a grey background and then went with bright orange flowers very unexpected!  

I didn't really want to post this OOTD because I'm not really a fan of my hips and thighs.. I definitely run on the curvier end of the spectrum that's why most of my outfits involve me wearing more blousy and flowy tops/tunics w/ leggings that run past my hips.  But in the interest of trying new things (and full disclosure!) this year I posted it.  I'm putting on a brave face. hahaha :p

    Lisa you look gorgeous here! I love love love your outfit! There's florals, pumps and pink! UGH Can't get any better than this! I adore your bow bag!! Is it hard to get things in and out of? What? What do you mean I'm on a bag ban? I know that, I'm just wondering, yeesh LOL Isn't that the best feeling when you find budget treasures?!

    You always rock such high heels how do you manage to teeter totter in them? Got any secrets/tips? LOL And does your feet ever sweat in them?

    I think that top looks like it cost more than $10 too. In fact, I would think it might even be a designer piece have you not mentioned it.

    Isn't it lovely to embrace your body as it is? Everyone is beautiful in their own ways and I think it is really cool you posted the picture up.

    Um, hon. You have killer legs. I'd swap mine with yours in a heartbeat, I mean look at that first picture! My legs can't balance out a nice heel to save my life unless they're not platform heels. I was going to comment on how great those gray jeans look on you anyway. And that floral top was a steal. Score! More jeans posts!

    Nothing wrong with being curvier. Heck if being curvy and still looks lovely/super stylish, i am willing to put on more pounds. That blouse is gorgeous in you Lisa. Nice paringto with a cuteone Miu Miu bag. I am obsessed with floral prints but have to choose carefully since i can end up looking like an old lady.

    missed your posts, what a steal on the blouse! it def. looks wayyyy more than $10! and i def. love all your new experimentations! i haven`t tried the jewelry trick yet because i got lazy just thinking of how time-consuming it is. do you think a spray-paint clear coat would do the same?

    p.s. I don't remember the style of the Miu MIu pumps, but I think you have them in a leopard tone. They come in tones of colors, are maybe a 5" platform, and are slightly pointed, but really comfy!
