Chanel, Bling and Other Randomness

Pretty Chanel's all in a row!

Hubs said since the "Chanel shelf" is FULL that must mean that I don't need any more Chanel's

HAH.

That's what he thinks bahahah!

Nothing gets me more excited for the Holidays then pulling out all of my sparkly bling!!!

A few weeks ago the folks at Misikko reached out to me to try one of their products.  Misikko offers a fantabulous selection of Flat Irons, Blow Dryers by Hana, Chi and many more!

They kindly sent me one of their Hana Professional 1'' Ceramic flat iron to try out.  The Hana Professional flat iron has actually been featured in both Marie Claire and Redbook!

I just want to start off by saying that I actually have straight hair however it doesn't dry "pretty" haha.  It dries all wonky and crooked and is super not cute.  I really enjoyed using this flat iron - it heats up quickly and is very light weight (don't you just hate it when your hand starts to weigh a TON from using a heavy flat iron?!)  One quick swipe and my hair came out amazingly smooth and shiny.  The flat iron has a slim design which allows me to style my hair straight, curl it or add amazing volume to my roots with ease.

Multi-glitter nails is where it's at!

Chanel sent me a book of real life stickers showcasing their new cruise collection!  LOVE!

Oh how I wish they had sent me a Chanel paperdoll so I could play dress up!! :p

I have a real life miniture Chewbacca.

My Week in Photos

Deidra, Sweet, Perrie

I think I'm the last person in the world that received her free Zoya nail polishes because mine got lost in the mail.  It took so long that I completely forgot about them until they showed up! hahaha

My Chicken Alfredo with lots of broccoli and corn... so nommy especially on a cold and rainy day.  I made extra sauce and froze it because....

A few nights later I added white wine to the Alfredo sauce tossed in some clams, spinach and egg noodles and you have a totally new dish!

My "monthly friend" was visiting me this past week so the hubs showed up after work with these!

I know I know I have the BEST HUBBY EVER! thanks booboo :)

Cafe Bakery is a local Hong Kong style cafe - they make the most yummiest Doria's.  My dish is the one on the lower right corner it's two, yup TWO fried pork chop smothered in a creamy cheese sauce baked over rice.

SO bad for you but tastes SO good.

Why is it that all the bad things for you always taste the yummiest and the worse it is the yummier it gets?!  WHY?! hahahah

My Salmon risotto came out too dry :(  definitely needs more chicken broth next time.

My Baklava - hubs gave this two thumbs up :)

Urban Ballerina - Sephora by O.P.I.

Mushroom Swiss Burger

I absolutely live for brunch on the weekends!

Southwestern Omlette

To cap off the week I made Almond Jelly which is just about the easiest thing to make and it tastes so light, refreshing and delicious!

I couldn't get over how kawaii her nails were and she did them herself!

Greek Salad

MADISON AVENUE

My salad was pretty good.. but I would have to say that I actually think in terms of a "chain" cafe.. I think Nordstrom cafe's salads are much better.

Wei's new Gucci key holder in the shape of a blue whale!! how cute is that?!

Modeling my favorite Chanel purse *LOVE*

An afternoon of food and shopping with a good girlfriend.  Can life get any better? :p
