A California based company called Luxe Link reached out to me recently!  Luxe Links are gorgeous purse hangers.  Now if you've been following me at all you KNOW how much I love my designer purses lol!

I can't tell you how many times I've been to a crowded restaurant or cafe and there was no place for me to set my purse.  And no I'm NOT going to put it on the floor (it's bad luck!! And I'm a total germaphobe so setting it on the floor is SO not not happening!)

So I'll proceed to sit through the entire dinner clutching my purse in my lap.  

So awkward and uncomfortable!!

Each of the adorable purse links comes complete with gorgeous packaging, instruction booklet and a velvet case.  I can't help but think these would be fabulous bachlorette, bridal shower favors ect. for all your purse loving girlfriends!

The owner is a Honolulu native and a lot of the prints/motifs and names are reminiscent of Hawaii and remind me of home! ::heart::

I recently took my Luxe Link on vacation with me!

I love that it locks on my purse so I don't have to sit down and rummage through my bag to find it. I actual start taking it off my purse as soon as I enter the restaurant and hook my purse to the table as I'm sitting down! 

The Hubs and I were doing a little shopping and decided an Ice Cream break was in order!  I happened to have 2 Luxe Links in my purse so I used one to attach my MCM bag and the 2nd one to hold my reusable shopping tote!

They very generously sent over 6 Luxe Links!  

Some of them are Swarovski encrusted and you all know how much I LOVE sparkly anything lol!!

DIOR Makeup Palette Giveaway!!!

A lot of you may have seen my Taiwan Duty Free post here about this Dior make-up palette.  I looked all over Taiwan and China and didn't find it well low and behold I found it at the Barcelona airport.  WOOT!

I went shopping crazy in Barcelona but I of course thought of you dolls and I wanted to bring something back home for you guys :)  I was soooo excited when I saw this because I had looked for it so many months ago and couldn't find it anywhere.  As far as I know this is only sold in Duty Free shops in airports which you only have access too when you are flying internationally (so you can't walk into a store to buy it or find it online even if you wanted to!)

I loved it so much I was actually going to buy one for myself hahahahaha but I resisted! muhahah. I have too much make-up as it is -___-

The make-up palette case is so shiny!!! 

I didn't try to take out the makeup palette inside but I would imagine if you wanted to you could disassemble everything and take the make-up out and use this as a clutch/wallet to take out to dinner or a girls night!

The Dior case is modeled after the infamous Lady Dior handbag below. 

BTW no I'm not giving this handbag away! hahahaha I just wanted to clarify that.. I'm just using this as an example.. you can see that the make-up palette case is modeled after their iconic Lady Dior handbag.

The case itself is pretty heavy which I love.  I don't know what material it is made out of but it has a nice weight to it and the silver zipper is very big too and adds a nice touch to the case.

This is the back view of the case and as you can see the little zipper has the "Dior" logo on it!

Now the inside!  

It has a super large giant mirror which is awesome!  Perfect for taking this out for a night on the town you can always check your make-up and hair with your case :)


I love this palette soo much that as I'm typing this post out I'm regretting more and more not grabbing one for myself now ARGH! hahahaha.

The palette contains a mascara, sculpting face powder, 6 eye shadows, 4 lipstick/lip gloss (I'm not entirely sure if they are lipsticks or lip glosses honestly because the box is really vague haha) and all the accompanying dual sided mini lipstick/lip gloss brush, eye shadow brush and sponge you see in the picture!

What I didn't get to photograph actually was what was UNDERNEATH the sponge (didn't want to dirty up anything inside because it's so pristine!) if you refer to the picture I posted of the box (2nd photo from the top) it actually show that underneath the sponge is a tri-colored highlighter, blush, bronzer combo!!!!

IT.IS.SO.AWESOME.  

You could use it two ways 1. Take the sponge and just swipe it over exactly how it's laid out and use it on your cheeks in exactly the same order and sort of pat it on that way and it will line up the highlighter at your cheek bones, the blush in the middle of your cheeks and the bronzer at the bottom of your cheeks or 2. You could just take a blush brush and swirl all three colors and use it on your face to achieve that natural "glow"!

The reason I love this palette so much is that it actually offers TWO different make-up looks.  One daytime or spring/summer and one night time or fall/winter.  If you take a closer look you'll see that the left side are lighter and sweeter colors and the right side is more darker and dramatic.

So with just one palette you'll be all set to go day or night or anytime of the year for that matter :)!

House of Harlow 1960 Giveaway!

Hello Dolls!  I wanted to do a giveaway with this fabulous piece from Nicole Richie's House of Harlow 1960 collection known as the leather station statement necklace!

I have this version of the necklace in the resin version and I absolutely HEART this necklace!  I wear it ALL the time.. it's amazing how it spruces up even just a simple black or white tee!

So I really wanted to share how much I love this necklace with one of my fabulous readers!

For those of you that aren't as familiar with this line let me take a moment to introduce you to it! The House of Harlow 1960 line is created by Nicole Richie - the line is named after her daughter Harlow. She has been spotted wearing this necklace time after time and in many different variations! The necklace has been seen on every celebrity possible - everyone from Jessica Alba to ALL of the Kardashian sisters!

The necklace is made out of leather and gold plated metal so you don't have to worry if you're allergic to certain metals and you don't have to worry about tarnishing either! :)

It measures 18 in. w/ a 2 in. extender and has a lobster clasp closure.  The necklace retails for $75. 

I actually think it's great dual purpose necklace because if you wanted a solid gold statement necklace you can just turn the necklace around and wear it on the back side.  The back is gorgeous high polish gold and would look so glam if you wanted to go for an all gold look :)

HAHA.  You see where this is going... I'm desperately behind my on blog reading (SORRY SORRY SORRY!!)  Please be patient with me.. I promise when everything calms down things will resume! 

I'm going to be uploading my Washington D.C. vacay (and a pretty little Chanel trinket I picked up recently :p) on blogger for the next few weeks.   I'll miss you guys and I'll resume blogging when I get settled in to my new life in Germany :)!!!
