Cartier Reveal :)

While we were in London (London Part 1) the Hubs surprised me with a little something pretty from Cartier which he secretly orchestrated before we even got to London!

The Cartier store really hooked it up lol so much red!!

The Hubs has actually tried to get it for me a couple times throughout the past few years but I always said no (which I suspect was why he just went ahead and purchased it this time without telling me lol.)   Mainly because I'm the type that needs to immediately take off ALL of my jewelry as soon as I walk through the front door. I don't even wear my engagement ring or wedding band around the house.  (I know some girls wear their wedding jewelry all the time.. cooking, cleaning, showering, sleeping, ect. but you really shouldn't do that because of the constant wear & tear to the prongs on your rings which can cause you to lose your diamonds).  Anyways I felt like something that I wouldn't be able to take off EVER would drive me nuts.  

Well let's just say I've gotten use to it very quickly lol!

I find myself randomly staring down at my wrist throughout the day lol.

Along with the purchase they threw in some small Cartier coffee table books, the velvet traveling bag pictured on the left.  And the Cartier Jewelry cleaning kit on the right.  The Cleaning kit comes with their cleaning solution (to be totally honest though I just use a little hot water and some dish washing soap to clean all my diamonds and my Cartier bangle!), a tiny toothbrush and a little cleaning cloth that has the "Cartier" emblem printed on it. lol.

If you've been following my blog you might have noticed that I've been stalking MCM lately.. Taipei, Paris, Beijing, Munich.. whenever wherever I can located a MCM shop I'm ALL about it.

BUT I always walked away because I was "attempting" to be good.

However my new found interest obsession was not lost on the Hubs.

Voila!!

I swear my heart nearly stopped when I took it out of the dustbag.

It's the MCM exclusive Bi-Color studded shopper tote!

Love all the gold hardware! 

 There's a tiny gold plague with the brand logo and stamps the serial number of your bag!

The back is more understated sans the white and the studs. 

Even bigger surprise the inside comes with a zippered pouch!!!

LOVE THAT!!!  Seriously what a nice touch! 

It clips onto the (MANY MANY) gold hardware claw clips on the bag (seriously love that because I love clipping things like my keys ect. in a big tote bag so it's easier to find). 

The inside also has one interior zippered pocket and two interior slip pockets.  Which is awesome because with tote bags (without pockets) everything just ends up in a jumbled mess in the middle so I love love how may pockets this bag has! 

The back of the zippered pouch is also dual tone in white!!

Also the button you see that encloses the bag is magnetic.  It's the little intuitive things like that that I love. You can tell a lot of thought was put into designing the bag.  I hate when I'm fumbling around with a bag and I can't seem to get it buttoned.

The zippered pouch detaches and you can clip the strap to the other side of it to make a tiny clutch bag.

The studs are different sizes and are gold & grey gun metal color.

She took me to Shilla's bakery which is a korean bakery that serves up the most delicious yogurt bingsoo ever!!  The smoothest creamiest yogurt with lots of fresh strawberries, kiwi's, mangos, watermelon.  They also had fruit loops, corn flakes and mochi.  Who knew corn flakes was so nommy in froyo?!

My parents backyard!  Apparently deer LOVEEEE my parents backyard!  There were deer that visited EVERYDAY that I was home.  It was so weird.. and on this particular day I counted ELEVEN deer that were just chillin' in my parents yard hahaha.

I looked to the house on the left and the right and the house directly behind ours and they didn't have a single deer in their yard.  SO RANDOM!!

The funniest part is if you look towards the left of the picture you can see where our fence has a couple of missing beams.  My Mom said she's actually seen the deer HEADBUTT the beams to get into our backyard! WTF?!?! hahahahaha.

Back in San Antonio I was greeted to a couple of packages, Bergdorf's fall lookbooks and a surprise from the HUBS! :) 

The hubs picked me up at the airport and surprised me with these gorgeous white roses.  All of my flower vases are already in Germany so I had to make do with this OZARKA plastic water container HAHAHAHAHA.  Improvising at its best!

I don't think I could have picked out a prettier statement necklace for myself if I tried!
