The city is so pretty at night!

Ok so I know this leopard print scarf is a totally "inspired" version of the Louis Vuitton Sprouse scarf.  I've been wrestling with the idea of getting the LV scarf for the last year.. I love it.. everything about it is perfection but.. I'm a total klutz and forgetful to boot.  I just can't wrap my head around the idea of spending $700+ on a super sheer scarf that I might lose/snag/shred/destroy in a matter of months.  When I saw this version at Zara's I was so excited!  Same beautiful leopard print without the damage.

Oh and the black sweater with the heart sequins on it I scored for 20 bucks! woohoo!  I couldn't help it it had HEARTS on it.. I think I'm just excited it's valentines haha. Yup I'm that girl that LOVES all holidays!  ALL HOLIDAYS.  Seriously you have no idea how excited I get about Thanksgiving hahahah.

Got this lovely floral tank at Target.. I can't help but say this Target has some super cute clothes.  I'm fairly picky and don't like the way cheap clothes look or feel on but if you're choosy at Target you can find some really great things.

My favorite story to tell is about a ruffled pink dress that I have (SHARON it's the same dress we both have!).  About a month ago I was eating lunch at Neiman's with a girlfriend and an older total high society type of woman with an amazing brown Hermes Kelly bag with gold hardware complete with two large Neiman Marcus shopping bags filled to the brim with clothes reached over and asked me where my dress was from.  I sheepishly told her I got it from Target.. and she responded by saying "Really?  Are you serious? I could have sworn you got it from the Chanel store!"

TOTALLY MADE MY DAY.

I just thought this was so pretty!  Love the floral cutouts!

I went gaga over this romper :)  I'm getting super excited for my Mexico cruise now! Now all I need to go with this cute romper are some cute corkscrew wedges... Off to hunt for them right right now!

  5. Hehe awesome we have Shabusen in Vancouver too! Though our city is kind of brimming with hot pot/bbq places so it's not one of our top picks. I guess that's one of the perks of living in a city full of foodies.

Also love what happened with the high class older woman. Isn't it the best feeling ever to spend next to nothing on an outfit and look like a million bucks? :D

    Have a lovely weekend!

  6. You are making me hungry again! I love hotpot!

And that floral cut out top is too adorable, I'll have to look for it next time I am at Target. And I really like your Neiman's encounter...really goes to show that it's not the clothes what make the girl but the girl that makes the clothes. :)
